Where do you get the Crystals and Commendations for Rakata, Columi, and Tionese gear? 2. For the lvl 40 PvP gear where can i get Centurion Commendations? 3. And when it comes to the level 50 Battlemaster gear where do you get the "Unassembled" pieces needed for the gear?
