I think purple is a great and iconic colour for star wars lore, I remember first playing the game back in 2013 and wishing I could make my human's eyes purple/amethyst. One thing, though. Actual amethysts cover a very wide range of colours (see e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Facet_Cut_Amethyst.jpg and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Amethyst_close_cropped.jpg ) so it's probably a good idea to be more specific. Whatever you call the colour, what shade of it are you thinking of? Dark, light, more reddish, more blueish, etc.? Well there would be 3 shades a reddish pink tone a blueish purpley tone and pure violet ish tone . If that makes sense like a small eye color bundle .
