Reading it, it seems like all you need to do is use FP during Crush and the buff is applied, but the buff is only applied if your target is actually pushed/pushable, making this useless during most PVE fights where that 20% is actually useful as Rage can already burst down ads easily. Either way, it would have been a useless tactical, there is no place for Force Push after Force Crush in the Rage's rotation. It's a bad tactical and is not worth using. That said, Syn's amulet is bad, too. It's only use is may be PvP? I am not sure if people use it there. In PvE the best tactical for Rage is Cauterized Coronary (it is marked as a Fury marauder tactical but Rage can use it as well.)
