Carnage is probably the weakest since it doesn't have any added mobility or sustainability, however the burst damage can come in handy. Annihilation's self heals are god-like 1v1 and the bleed damage bypasses armor. Rage has a lot of added mobility along with burst. Just try out all three and see which one you like.
