The last pts had amps on lowbie blue and green enhancements, and blue mods and earpieces. I love the idea of it personally. I think it would motivate me to want to craft for lowbie alts and make the leveling experience more enjoyable. (I miss wanting to craft for alts) For example, want to jump off cliffs and elevators more often, stack featherweight. Generally when I level a character I buy adaptive gear from the fleet and use the green mods. I think it would be pretty neat if amps appeared on those shells.
