Cartel Market Suggestion - Character Profession Respect

Would love to see an option to buy a cartel single time use character class respect tool. This one time use item will allow you to respect into an entirely different class, while maintaining the current level.

Respec (no "T")(1). But no, it's very unlikely to happen ("never say never", but equally, "don't hold your breath waiting") because your character's (base) class and story have a baked-in tight relationship. (What happens to your character's companions and their stories?)

 

I say "(base) class" rather than just "class" because the argument cited above does not apply to switching between the two advanced classes of a single base class, e.g. Commando <==> Vanguard.

 

Before you mention it, yes, I know about FFXIV and its class change mechanisms. The key point is that you retain your old class and its class story, and can switch back merely by equipping that class's main-hand weapon.

 

And I know about class changes in e.g. Allods Online or Runes of Magic, but in both those games, the story is not tied to your class in any way. (And Runes of Magic's class change mechanisms are more like FFXIV's, anyway.)
