Something that most mmo's have done for years. I would love to think players are leaving because they're elitist *****s, but no. Paying customers are leaving because the company they're putting their money into won't listen to what they want. Really? The big update is a guild herald? How about doing something crazy like fixing the friends list bug that has existed for what, 6 years now if not longer instead of adding useless crap?
