Do the Black Talon Robes still exist in the Black Talon Quest? Or are all the Black Talon items now gone?

They homogenized all the FP loots, since adding the level sync of all zones. I am sure the items graphic is somewhere to be found though on another item under a different name. Some unique items are gone forever though.

These robes and many other orange dungeon sets that were introduced at vanilla were removed when the whole dungeon scaling thing happened.

 

The Black Talon robes specifically are no longer in game, but their models can be found elsewhere.

 

These are craftable and can be worn by level 16.

These apparently have a chance to drop from any veteran flashpoint if you queue around level 17.

Depends which ones you are after. Sorcerer's Vestments are the same model as Black Talon Inquisitor's Robes with a different secondary color. Red instead of purple. those are crafted. There are also some green drops available.. check under light armor in the GTN for robes around level 15 or so.
