Cant renew sunscription

I wrote in-game ticket, but in 3 days there is no reaction ay all. I need to change billing infornation in my account (my old credit card is outdated). When I click on link "Change billing method" then on next page I see only payment history and NO link or button to add new card information. Can anyone here help me with that?

Ahh maybe the Russian laws for data protection are the issue here

This may be a solution for you to get subscriber status if you cant call Swtor CS

Russian laws are not issue here, because my husband's account works as intended. Yes I can buy time code, but it costs 3 times more than I pay directly through swtor.com, so it will be really last way to get subscriber status. I called CS, but... they dont see problem with my account. I tried to change computer and browser... nothing helps me. Page after Change billing method: https://yadi.sk/i/hNbcGSpy84xy5w
