hello all i want to make this suggestion that dark / light side points up grade or down grade can be purchased in various amount through the cartel market i think its a good idea

What on earth do you want this for? It's not like it's hard to acquire points, and it's equally unhard to acquire contrary points, in-game, without spending Cartel Coins.

 

So help us understand *why* you think it's a good idea, because I don't see it.

Set your dark/light selector to dark and run missions. Expend credits to have your crew run crew skill missions. Kill every single NPC you run across in the world. (Seriously. Every time you kill a red-name NPC in the world, you gain points in whichever side you have selected. Jedi can charge up their light-sided nature by going on a killing spree.) It will happen soon enough.

 

Why do you want to spend actual factual real-world money on this? It's not like it matters in the slightest once you've reached Dark V and Light V at least once each to unlock the special abilities.

To me, this suggestion sounds like “give me what I want without me having to spend more than 30 seconds playing the game”
