derkuuz
I bought a subscription for my account for 30 days. Everything was fine until I realized that I can't play with KOTET story mode. Idk, I have to wait some time before they give me access to that or what?
DocDAM
There is no wait period. Is your toon level 65 or higher? Did you try to access (start) it from your ship's mission terminal? Note: if you haven't played a class through the full story, I'd recommend doing that versus jumping directly into KotET. There is so much rich content before the two mediocre (IMO) KotFE/KotET stories. Edited June 2, 2018 by DocDAM

There's also one thing - yesterday after I bought subscription I cancelled it by deleting billing method because I don't want to pay this **** every month and now It look like: Current Subscription: One Month Recurring Subscription Next billing date: Subscription Canceled Payment method: NONE Subscription end date: 31 lip 2018
Eoinol
It might also have cancelled your existing sub, check whatitsays on the bottom right before youl aunch a character.

DocDAM
There is no wait period. Is your toon level 65 or higher?Repeated for emphasis. You have to be level 65 or higher (though I've seen some sites that say 60) to access KotET. (KoTFE is level 60 definitely)

(KoTFE is level 60 definitely) * 51 for RotHC. * 53 for Prelude to Revan. * 55 for Prelude if you want access to solo mode for the flashpoints. * 60 for KotFE. * 65 for KotET. SteveTheCynic
Yea but I can't create this new boosted character. As I said I had a premium before and character also. This "token" is only for one time or what? When I tried to create new character in KOTET I have no option for that. As if I didn't have a premium but I have ... The token is one time only, and creates one character only. There's a hard-to-meet criterion for getting the token back if you delete the character - you must have NOT levelled up and NOT done any kind of mission (including crew skill missions) and NOT done any PvP. So if you bailed out of the first chapter to go to Fleet and shoot the breeze, you're OK, otherwise no dice. In particular, it's not one token each time you start a new subscription. IMPORTANT: KotET is NOT a separate story. A start-at-1 character can progress up the levels to 60 and start KotFE, then at the end of that he can go directly into KotET, or he can progress up to level 65 and go directly to KotET. Outlander tokens are for jumping there directly.

Eoinol
I'm glad you figured it out, I tried thinking of what could be causing it and then realized that you may not be a high enough level. Edited June 2, 2018 by Eoinol
