DarthJP Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 I've tried a bunch of things but cannot resolve this one. I just built a new PC and using a 1050TI 4GB card which smokes my old PC's R7 240 2GB. Everything is snappy, ultra-level graphics are sweet but.. everything looks slightly squished in-game. Anyone experienced this? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SteveTheCynic Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 Squished? Vertical or horizontal? Check that the resolution you picked when playing matches the resolution of your monitor (it might have been disrupted when you installed the new card). Do this especially if the display also looks slightly fuzzy. Perhaps the game thinks the resolution wants to be 1680x1050 (8:5) and your monitor is 1920x1080 (16:9), which will induce a "squish" as the monitor rescales, or as the card rescales the 8:5 to 16:9, something stupid like that. Game rez: 1920x1080 (full-windowed, same issue in other 2 modes) Monitor: same!
