I am looking to a way to kite in PVP with my Merc, what do you think about this: Tracer until Unload ready, unload procs pinning fire (unload could be good with bonus damage abilities), go away, rinse and repeat As merc, we don't have so many CCs or slow to help us as ranged, do you think putting points in pinning fire could be useful?
