Invisible weapons

My lightsaber, companions weapons, npc's weapons and even in cutscenes in some story missions, heroics and flashpoints sometimes. I can hear the effect of weapons firing and the use of a lightsaber, in cutscenes it looks like the military guys walks around with imaginary weapons.

 

My lightsaber are becoming invisible during fights and i have to holster it and unholster it to be able to see it again, same with companion. It's wierd.
