Good structure, Players are promoted accordingly and not based on relationship, if your friendly, helpful and you contribute you will be promoted. 2. Communication, Communication is key in our guild. People should know that they can /Whisper officers at any time for help and guidance. suggestions are highly welcome and applied if you think there is a way we can improve your play time more than we already do. please let us know. Everyone will be welcomed into the guild and checked up on, for feedback, conversation and courtesy. 3. Members are accountable, for there actions, we understand Banter and that some people have a darker sense of humor, and of course laughing and getting along are paramount. so if somebody is made uncomfortable by anything, please let us know. we can work to keep this from happening. everybody should feel welcome and able to contribute. 4. Realism, We don't have a 100 members and we wont have them by next week. but with your help we could grow into one of the best. Thanks for Reading.
