Senga_J
Hey guys, I am sort of new to team speak, so I wasn't sure if I was missing something but here's my question: is there a way to run only team speak through my headset and also play the game sound through my default speakers? I am running on win7, and I plugged in my USB mic for the first time and successfully logged into the team speak server, but then I started up the game and the game sound played through the headset and not my speakers. My goal is to use the headset and speakers simultaneously in some fashion. Help would be greatly appreciated from all you team speak vets... QDMcGraw
This would be a setting in your audio properties. If it's just an onboard soundcard, I'm not sure if it's available, but you could tinker with it. Odds are, you'll need an audio card and some software. Pyrowin
I use Teamspeak. You can specify that the software uses your headset for Teamspeak chat and leave the game to use speakers. This is how I have it set. I do not have TS in front of me, so I cannot recall where the option is placed, but the UI is not so complicated that it is hard to find. Senga_J
Ok, I'll give it a shot, thanks! Edit: I think it's in the playback tab of the options menu, but I still haven't figured it out yet. Edited December 29, 2011 by Senga_J
