On the mission console on my ship though, it wants me to start Chapter I of Fallen Empire. If I click it, I'm assuming I'll be starting Fallen Empire all over again. Is this correct? I would advise against accepting the mission, as it has a habit of screwing up other chapters - companions won't appear, the introduction for Iokath probably won't reflect your character's choices, etc. You can just ignore it.
