Running around aimlessly can someone tell me where Warren Sedouro can be found on Balmorra seems that where I need to go? But I'm pretty sure I did all that he asked me to do After you finish in the arms factory, you need to go to the base in Bugtown. Warren Sedouro is in the instanced area there.
