You can also send an email to support at swtor dot com. Be sure to do it from the email account you have registered in game.

 

Be sure to wait three days after the day you expect them. Also be sure to 1) be polite, 2) include your account name, 3) give the specific dates in question, and 4) say please and thank you. I stress the politeness as this is something the staff member working triage on the support queue appears to be able to resolve this if they have the necessary information in front of them. If they don't, your ticket gets dropped back into the queue for another support person as they're going to have to review what is going on.
