Same here as well. Also still missing Torian on the same toon. Can't even access the selection that says companions lost since KotFE

yeah, still not on the companion locator thing. Has anyone seen an update from Bioware on this? This is a lot of months of missing content. Good thing I am not paying for this or anything... wait nope... totally a subscriber! lol :)

I was told it was just a handful of us that are still bugged and there was nothing that could be done at this time. Near future...maybe. I insisted I was totally ok with a chain reset and I'd even take the rep loss, but no go. Can't even get anyone other than CS to acknowledge it's still an issue. My guess would be maybe 5.3 they will have something in place to get them back. If not then probably will just get them whenever the story continues. Could just sort itself out once the system tries to locate them to continue the story. We can hope at least. Edited by Malphicious

I just received a response to a followup ticket:

Greetings Brinàn,

My name is Dave, I’m a specialist here at Star Wars ™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service thanks for getting in touch about your access to the companions.

Please forgive the delay in replying to your ticket, we do have a backlog at the moment, and while it’s great to see so much activity in the game this has increased our contacts and response time. We are answering the tickets as fast as we can in date order and I would like to thank you for your patience.

We did address this problem in 5.2.2.

http://www.swtor.com/patchnotes/6132017/game-update-5.2.2

"Players who finished Iokath who are unable to summon Elara Dorne or Malavai Quinn can now use the Companion Locator Terminal to retrieve them."

If you go the the terminal in Odessen you should be able to get the companion you qualified for. I hope thuis info helps and my apologies again for the delay in reply.

Thanks for getting in touch about this, in order for you to see my reply I have to resolve your ticket. Please feel free to send in another if you have any additional questions on this. You can reference this ticket number if contacting us about the same subject. It should come back to me, so we can discuss things one to one as necessary.

Sincerely,

Dave

Star Wars ™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service

My original ticket said "I used the terminal, and it didn't work"

"Dave" obviously didn't even read my ticket... wow EA FAIL

FYI, to close the loop, I did get a followup message from the original that was not read.

Greetings Quinn,

Dave here again, at Star Wars ™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service. I appreciate you coming back on this companion issue. I owe you an apology for my previous reply. I was a little shocked by your swearing in your message, but after review of your message and my reply I totally understand it.

I'm normally on the ball with these things, and pride myself with good levels of customer service. After reading your previous ticket and my reply I can see I messed up, and I am very sorry for the obvious frustration this has caused. I rarely drop the ball like this, totally my bad.

I checked further on the companion problem, although the patch notes state the issue resolved -- it does seem in some cases it's still broken. You have completed the necessary missions in game but have not yet received your companion, you should have. This as well as other cases has been sent back to the devs for further investigation. Sadly CS cannot force the companion from here, it has to be done from the developers. I have sent your case back to them to aid their investigation, but I can't give you an ETA on a fix at this time.

Still no solution, but at least we know they are seriously looking into it. And those of us with the issue are being used as case study.
