I'm only asking for original Cost of guild ships, which was $50 million. No extra rooms unlocked but the ship & Coruscant SH are nicely decorated with all the important stuff (all 3 banks, GTN's, Jawa vendors, etc). The guild is very active and populated (900+ members all having logged in within 25 days)., but when you take over as GM you can do what you want (take over running them or remove everyone and start fresh).
