Items that Don't Auto-Stack when Transferring from Inventory to Storage

When transferring the following items from Inventory to Storage (Legacy or Personal), they do not automatically add to the stack that's currently in there and so I have to manually drag&drop:

 

Jawa Scrap

Alliance Supply Crates

Rakghoul DNA Canisters

Gray Helix Components

Ziost Memory Holograph

... you know what, it seems like there's WAY more than I thought there'd be, so I'll stop here and ask that this be fixed.

 

It's not even possible to drag&drop from Inventory into Storage, the error message "Both items have a different bind timer and cannot be merged." Sure, this *may* be reasonable, but even if I split a stack I've had for months and try and re-merge using drag&drop directly from Inventory to Storage I get that message, so that's not working properly either.

 

So, I either right-click and it transfers to the first empty slot and then I drag&drop into the stack, which is very annoying, or I drag&drop manually into an empty slot and then drag&drop into the stack, which is even more annoying.

 

1) If this is intended, please say so and also why since it makes no sense to me.

2) If it's not intended, please fix, it's very annoying.

Yes, annoying bug. There are many. Most do stack.

Those are all legacy items. Seems wierd that auto-stack doesnt work but manual stacking does.

Manual stacking works but only after you transferred the items. This bug annoys me too

This problem's been around for a long time. I have to transfer to storage and then drag-and-drop onto the existing stack to stack legacy items. It annoys the hell out of me.
