OwenBrooks
Played ok before with this system ? Firewall ? Ensure launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in all antivirus and firewall lists
BoySaber
Also try to run them as admin, both launcher.exe and swtor.exe (set to admin in right click>properties). If that does not work go to properties again and change compatibility to windows XP service pack 3, or Windows 7, whichever works for you. If it still does not work then I am out solutions. Admin and windows XP service pack 3 compatibility makes server list work for me.
OwenBrooks
If using compatability modes (really shouldnt need to) ensure the same compat is applied to both launcher.exe and swtor.exe or it can actually cause no server list to appear
BoySaber
Changing compatibility mode can make servers disappear, if by default they were appearing. Changing compatibility mode can make servers appear, if by default they were disappearing. This is just my personal experience, that I applied after googling issue in the past, and that solved problem for me.
Valaetia
There's maintenance going on, no servers are available. Look at the top of your launcher, it says in brilliant red Maintenance. Might be why you can't get in.
