CS sorted that out, though, even though it was not their fault. Did not handle the ticket myself, but I was informed of this. Of course, this was in 2015 so things might have changed, for the worse, as they usually do.... That I can understand. But I doubt they'll unlock a new guildship. Go ahead and ask.
