Ottoattack
Good idea. Will remove much of the grievance for gearing alts. full 230 bolstered to 238 with set bonus should be more than enough to be competitive in WZs.
AlCorazon
In my opinion, they need to go to old system with gear for WZ comms just fo pvp... and separate pvp from pve ... which are two different things

Purgamentorum
The tokens are legacywide and obtained pretty easily. Best idea on the forums yet. Bioware please listen. With the new rapid levelling system you can be finishing Taris and reaching level 70. That gives you 0 useful left parts and outlander (if you are lucky) right. Simple ideas are the best and this is both.
mike_carton
Good idea. The effectiveness of the implementation would depend upon the cost of individual gear pieces in terms of the command tokens. The total command tokens you can earn in Tier 1 is 450, so ideally the cost of the 14 pieces of 230 rating would be comparable to that number. Kirtastropohe
An affordable set of entry level, set bonus gear would be a great thing. The one thing we are guaranteed from crap crates is command tokens, so let us actually feel like we can get some use of them when trying to gear an alt.
