(both, when disabled, still unable to connect.) I delete the patch folder, and the launcher.settings, but it still doesn't work after running fixlauncher. Also try to go into your task manager and stop all bitraider processes and then close the launcher and try again. Lastly you can also try to remove bit raider since the error is generally associated with that. The steps to do that are below: NOTE this is a complete download of the game again right mouse click on game shortcut and select open file location open the launcher.settings file in notepad and locate the below line and edit to the below , "PatchingMode": "{ \"swtor\": \"SSN\" }" , "bitraider_disable": true SAVE the changes. What Antivirus is used ? also do not use fixlauncher.exe , will need to use the repair utility now as linked on the previous post The below settings for example persists when you disable your antivirus ESET - disable protocol filtering Kaperskey - disable scan secure/encrypted connections Best place to post is EA Answers HQ I wouldnt switch to SSN this has no bearing on unable to login Can you ping launchpad.swtor.com Edited February 18, 2017 by OwenBrooks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
