Not really, Highest ranked(as in guild rank) member who carries a subscription will become the new guild leader, IF all members are f2p then the highest ranked(again, guild rank) member will become the new leader. You're wrong. My guilds GM had a payment processing issue recently and the second his sub ran out (which he didn't know it had) and he logged it out it promoted another sub to GM, which is how he found out his payment didn't process. And I don't want to kick players I like but I know that they don't want to lead a guild. ^^ There are 300 characters in it, it would took long to rebuild if things get better.
