BLOOD_ZERO Posted January 23, 2017 Share Posted January 23, 2017 Is my Merc bugged or do mercs (arsenal) get electro net somewhere between level 51 and 70. I can't find the ability have nothing to train at the trainer. I can't see it in the dicipline path for any spec either. If I am just missing something I apologize for the silly question.
