There have been many Wookiee Jedi, and they make great smugglers and there have been Wookiee bounty hunters. It would be fun to play as a Wookiee. Wookies are all grunts and howls. If new playable species were added it would probably be one of the species already in the game that also speaks Basic. They'd also have to be able to wear the equipment that is currently in the game with no issues. Nautolans, Devaronians, Chagrians, or Weequays would be a lot more likely. Yeah, I have to agree that those are the likely reasons why we won't see wookies as species choices. But I can still dream of a wookie Sith Inquisitor running around.
