ProKsnNwk Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) Hey You have to copy the Serial Key Nr. which pops up on PC to your Mobile Phone and then type the Security Key nr. which appears on your mobile to the PC. gulborg Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 I've lost my phone where I had installed the security key app. Now I've tried to reinstall the app on another phone but I don't have the serial number that is requiered to do the first time run. Yeah, but if you just move the mouse over it, the browser shows it as another link to the old support page. The next page that comes up will ask for your Security Key, and have the "Lost Your Security Key" link on it. WARCHILDvolk Posted January 7, 2017 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) Your phone might not be compadable I tried many touch screen phones and finally got one to work with this SH*TY android i got. Now I am having nothing but trouble with mine. I stick in my security key code and wait for it to run out and still wait for the new one to be a little over half done for it to accept mine I put in 3 tickets and they said they will fix it and put that my ticket was fixed but they never did a damn thing. (Download it here).You can run that right on your PC. And you can set it up on a USB drive, so you can usee it on multiple PCs, if you need to.
