Gets mentioned every time though I don't think its even been acknowledged as a bug, while my CS ticket basically told me it wasn't there problem and that was the end of it. Perhaps its not the way they want us to play the content so this isn't a bug and the plan is to nerf the cxp from heroics and planetary if we don't take the hint about the bonus.
