taschaungol
I noticed a similar thread to this was first posted in 2012. Customer services requested I post this here, so I hope it has some effect. I've found that while doing tasks that require only the keyboard and mouse, such as skill updating, using the market terminal etc., it's easy to get logged out because I've been flagged as AFK. Unless I remember to jump every so often, which seems a bit silly. This is annoying rather than a game breaker. I would suggest that the game should either detect keyboard usage, or a simpler option would be to display a large AFK warning about 20 seconds before logging us off to remind us to move the character a bit. MollyDresden
Agreed. It's annoying to have to remember to jump every so often while I'm farming crafting/crew skills or similar.
dr_mike
Been asked for and ignored. Happens quite often with me when I'm listing stuff at the GTN booths. I;ve just gotten in the habit of moving a bit when I see the notices.
Halinalle
Like spam bots on fleet and starter worlds aren't bad enough already. Edited December 22, 2016 by Halinalle
Xina_LA
Typing a search into the GTN should count as activity. Just that one little change would be a huge help for me. The spam bots are already spamming, so I can't see what that would hurt.

frammelpie
Agreed. Bump, or whatever, just stating that I've suggested the same thing and was directed here via the help tickets.
