Nkya
Independently of the low drop rate, one of the most frustrating thing of the random command crate reward are duplicates. Duplicate issue can be adressed on set parts by removing the slot loking on purple armouring. There is 7 possible token slots, according to the formula on http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/how-much-cost-complete-euro-7772797 average characters will need to earn 7/7+7/6+7/5+7/4+7/3+7/2+7/1 = 18.15 purple set tokens average to fill the set, that is 11.15 useless duplicates. This can be alleviated by removing the slot locking on the purple armouring. Characters who get a second chest armouring for instance would be able to use it on a missing spot, such has head, instead of trashing it.
Lillythiel
Although your analysis of an existing problem is fine, the suggested solution isn't... at least in my opinion. Even BioWare's attempted solution to give away gear components sounds way better to me. Edited December 16, 2016 by Lillythiel
---AlterEgo---
I've had to deconstruct 5 set pieces so far because they were duplicates. It's a real nightmare getting duplicates. At least that will be fixed once 5.1 drops and we can just choose which piece to get.
