Fearsome Rage - Can we please use our own lightsabers?

Got the Fearsome Rage regeneration toy in a cartel pack today. It's pretty amusing, but one thing that I find annoying is that it generates a weapon in your hand while your own is still clipped to your belt. I know this was done so that non-Force classes can use it as well, but would it be too much to ask for the item to respect the lightsaber one has equipped when used?

I wish they had some script in it that recognised the hilt you're wearing if you're a single-saber wielding class.

Yeah, i'd like to use my purple lightsaber. Not the red one with the baseball bat sized hilt.

As entertaining as it is, it could've been a bit more flexible.

 

Such as using our own lightsaber. Now, perhaps they didn't want to do multiple animations for the multiple saber types (Single, dual, staff), but perhaps they could've gave more consideration to non-force types and had them pull out a pistol to unleash onto the hapless console. (After all, BH/Smugglers have a pistol. But even more believable is that all the other gunner types have a pistol during cinematics.)

Completely agree. They should have it to where you use your weapon regardless of class, blaster wielding characters of all types draw their weapon and unload into it while the lightsaber and vibro weapons use their own weapons to slash it as per the normal animations.
