(with augmentation) As title, I have the EC Mk4 Serendepitous Assault as well, that one procs its Power bonus just fine. I have tested taking both off, putting just Retribution back in, nothing. Its like the proc itself doesnt exist on the item, though the normal Endurance and Power stat bonuses apply from equipping the item. But the 993 Mastery for 6 seconds, I have not gotten a single proc in at least 1000 iterations of spamming heals all over the place to test it (yes they are hitting people) Edited December 14, 2016 by rylanadionysis typo and clarification that its the crafted item Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
