According to the tooltip, Flame Engine is supposed to finish the cooldown on Firestorm and make the next use of it cost no heat and do 100% more damage. Well, it does more damage, but it DOES cost heat still. I watched this happen across an entire play time of an hour using this particular character. Yet another 'new ability' that replaced an old one and does not correctly work with the class. Please fix this ASAP - heat management is noticeably worse without this.
