That's Steam- they would have the worst Customer Service team in gaming.

 

Had one issue with Steam over 12 years. Was resolved relatively fast and proper.

 

With this thread being revived...

 

I just had a very bad experience with CS and it was the final straw behind my unsub. Starting planet quests now grant new, unique armor sets previously available only to NPCs. Jedi Knight's look good but they are not available to me at all because you cant get them on existing toons. CS refused to grant them to me despite the fact that I have completed these quests

Myself and a LOT of guild mates put in a tickets that our Guild Stronghold was inaccessible (even to the GM) from the character SH list and you can guess...<crickets>...not even a response that they received the tickets. Our Flagship shows up fine, but no Yavin IV Guild SH. Edited by ShardODarkness
