In-built FPS cap

Since you kind of better alocate gpu/pcu performance we got fps increase on several instances. Me for example, I'm hitting 150fps on fleet where I only had 100 etc. Thats great and I love it! Sort of..

 

Here I was writing an essay about fps cap. BLA BLA BLA... Inessential.

 

It would be a cool feature to have since I have a lot more FPS than I actually need. I dont need 150-200 fps on fleet, but I want my pc to be little-bit-more silent again (and utilized on 60% as pre5.0 not 99% as now...)
