Then after Theran's introduction and Horizon guard Captain speaks and the scene transitions into the throne room the game freezes. I have tried resetting, Logging in and out 7 times and it is not presently working. Thank you for your consideration and hope the situation is resolved soon. I can load it and it starts playing the intro A long time ago in a galaxy etc etc and then it cuts to a distorted picture of Voss while playing the music and that's it. My only option is to restart my PC, I've tried 6-7 times and same thing! I've reported that bug and contacted customer service and still haven't heard anything. Now whenever I log in my game freezes on the the opening screen "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...." Please help I know that just before it shows "A long time ago", either a black screen or a blip of your character in chat, that you hit Esc and click exit, you'll character will be transported to the fleet.
