wtfimblue
Seriously? None to prevent the random dodge/parry? Why? Edited October 18, 2016 by wtfimblue
DerSchneider
While running white dmg heavy spec, 103-105% of accuracy will not hurt.
Nic__
Title. 105%? 110%? I know combat sentinels can run around with 11% defense. Why are you running any defense on a dps class?
Greezt
A previous take of mine on this: Here's the deal with accuracy. Tanks, consulars, scrapper, and tactics all have higher than 5% defense chance. Concentration will have an extra 10% defense for 6/9 seconds, combat will have an extra 6% defense chance for practically all the time. All slingers in cover will have an extra 20% ranged defense while in cover... You can see where this is going. Basically, if you stack 4% accuracy (enough to reach 105%), you will have enough accuracy to hit 8 out of 24 disciplines. The other 16 disciplines will still have enough defense to evade you. All this is before counting any sort of cooldown (transcendence, AoE taunt for tactics and diversion for assault specialist are all on fairly short cooldowns). So bottom line, in my opinion accuracy is worthless in PvP.
DarkSyn
with 5.0 getting rid of expertise this might actually be valid
wtfimblue
Why are you running any defense on a dps class? Characters have 5% base defense. Combat sentinels gain 6% defense and damage reduction from a stacking buff. Concentration sentinels gain 10% extra def after a concentrated slice (though I don't think people even play that spec in pvp much). A previous take of mine on this: Worthless? That's... something... Taankjr
I have 2 accuracy enhancements on my MM sniper. For a mostly white attacks spec, I don't think it'll hurt.
wtfimblue
Well if not for acc, id just get more crit. I probably wouldn't miss a little extra crit. Edited October 19, 2016 by wtfimblue
QuiveringPotato
Well if not for acc, id just get more crit. I probably wouldn't miss a little extra crit. 1-2 acc enhancements is ok, especially if you're already at around ~39% or more crit.
