Valkorion and Zaakul?

SO I just got back into SWTOR and I am confused as ...well you know.

1. Vitate was the Sith Emperor and had no form.

2. Viate apparently according to Wiki took on the form of Valkorian and sire two sons while making a large empire of Zaakul.

3. How did Viate do that when he was trapped and Formless? Wasn't Revan holding him in check?

4. It would make a lot more sense had we released him and the Emperor went and discover Zaakul, but that would mean WE became old because Valkorian looked pretty old in the series.

5. Did the Zaakul empire not question that the Emperor was gone? From the Cinematic the Emperor appeared to have been there for all of the boys child hood and adulthood. So when exactly did WE the players cut him down or released him.

It's so confusing please break it down for me.

1. Vitiate had a form. He has/had a original Sit-pureblood body somewhere (After the Jedi knight killed his voice he probably lost it and it might have died, however that isn't entirely clear yet). However that original body has been hidden away somewhere and Vitiate exclusively possesses other bodies (which he calls "voices of the emperor") in order to communicate with his various underlings.

2. Valkorion is most likely one of his voices which he used to build and interact with the Zakuul empire, while simultaniously still ruling over the sith empire.

3. Vitiate wasn't trapped in any way whatsoever and he wasn't formless either. He had an original body, which he never used for anything out of fear of dying plus various other hosts through which his spirit could act(like the Valkorion body, the Voss voice of the warrior story and the children of the emperor which he could also take posession of at a whim). The only time he was ever trapped was very shortly when Baras trapped his current voice on Voss and Sel Makor was stopping his spirit from leaving. That is quikly resolved by the Sith warrior though. Also Revan wasn't holding him back. The emperor was basically mind****** Revan the entire time and through that connection Revan was able to influence the Emperor into keeping the peace with the Republic for a short amount of time.

Or at least Revan claims so. However since Revan himself isn't very mentally stable anymore that might just have been him deluding himself.

4. Vitiate was simultaniously ruling over the Sith Empire and Zakuul. Basically his spirit was most likely switching back and forth between his various vessels in both Empires (Valkorion in Zakuul, Vocies/Children of the emperor in the Sith empire.) That's also why multiple Imperial NPCs mention that the Sith Emperor always had long periods of silence in which he didn't give any direct orders to the Dark council. He was busy on Zakull during this time.

5. Well, the Valkorion body was always on Zakuul. It's not really going missing whenever Vitiate is focusing his attention on the Sith Empire. However Senya (His ex-wife on Zakuul) does say that Valkorion would often become distant and not talk to anyone for long periods of time. Those were obviously the periods of time in which Vitiate wasn't around in his Valkorion body but was attending matters in his Sith Empire instead.

And The Jedi knight cuts down one of Vitiate's voices (Read: host bodies) during the finale of their class story. Since he was also in the middle of a dark side ritual during that time his spirit was immensly weakened by this and fled to Yavin 4 to regain strenght (It also seems like his original body died as a result of this since it's never mentioned again afterwards). Then on Yavin 4 Vitiate's spirit regained his former strenght from leeching off all the deaths the battle with the Revanites caused. His spirit then went to Ziost in order to devour every living being there further bolstering his strenght and then went back to Zakuul in order to once more take posesson of his Valkorion host.
