Before 4.0, after you choosed to give it back to Corso or take it for yourself you got Torchy DL-4 Modified Blaster for Corso or Torchy DL-2 Modified Blaster for yourself. Customer support actually gave it to me after I've contacted them, but Torchy is quite important for the whole story and chapter 1 especially. It kind of sucks that it isn't a quest reward anymore.. Gave Corso his torchy but got no actual item, Visited Port Nowhere and had two more conversations with Corso before heading to Balmorra. Nothing. Back when 4.0 was released we complained about our existing Corsos not being able to use their Torchy, but apparently BW got rid of Torchy for new chars to be consistent with Corso being a rifle user.
