Healing: Make trauma probe / kolto shell buff always visible?

Is there any way to make the trauma probe / kolto shell buff always visible in the ops frame, rather than relying on luck which buffs from procs, relics, defensives etc. might compete with the limited space?

 

I think this could be by far the best healer if there were a solution for that. Trauma Probe / Kolto Shell has an amazing HPCT and HPE if used at the right situation (not replacing a long CD ability, not overlapping previous one, not an emergency, not on a target that does not receive enough damage to use all stacks ...).
