Corvald Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 Actually they are much more like GSF Cartel unlocks than decorations. Decorations are available across the legacy as soon as you get one. There is pretty much just one tuning I'm really into and I certainly wouldn't mind dropping some coins to grab one whenever I wished, instead of having to camp gtn for a fair price each time.
