Digimanbyte_ID Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) The games PvP to PvE instance toggle switch is probably to blame for this as NPC's and even the quest givers are missing the Corellia: The Black Hole quest giver and Belsavis: Section X is missing on the imperial side, including a lot of non intractable NPC's that were placed there for decoration. Though some still remain, seeing a holo of person talking with a droid to no one else certainly jars my immersion experience.
