gullets Posted July 19, 2016 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Im trying to create a ticket but I get the message "Exceeded maximum number of tickets". I try and close open ticket, however, they don't close. So I can't even create a ticket for that bug! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Bioware fix your ****. KyaniteD Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 Email support@swtor.com and explain what is happening, politely and clearly, they should clear the backlog (which often is the spam reports) I did that and they wrote back that there's nothing they can do about it, that the backlog will be cleared at next maintenance, when (spam report) tickets will be addressed, and to use the email support for any further tickets.
