I tried going to fleet and relaunching game but no luck. Not much info to go by. Can't just say "It's broken. Fixit!" First question: What level is your character? If the answer is 27 or below, then it's you. Vivicar is 32 and you need to be 4, or less, levels below a higher level mob to be able to damage it. 5 levels or more and they're pretty much untouchable. KyaniteD Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) I had the same issue. The problem is that the whole quest is labeled level 32, while the final boss is level 34. As level 29 you can get enough hits in on level 32 mobs, but you're going to miss the majority of times with a level 34 boss.
