But the fact that the forums are not alive with flaming rage over this, plus the fact that it occurs after accepting a mission or going to the mission instance, suggests that it is a problem with your client files - probably a corrupted resource in one of the files. If that is the case, then deleting or renaming the BitRaider sub-folder of your swtor installation folder and then restarting the swtor client will force a check and download of the game files, which might resolve the problem.
