Mowermanx Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 The pants, gloves, boots and belt can all be done pretty easily with similar gear from around the place. I've seen around 6 variations of that top on different NPC's throughout the game, most of which are subtle changes. The particular top that the 2 officers have on is available via the PVE space/fleet commendations from the vendor on the respective fleets, lower GTN areas.
