Conquered Exarch's Bracers don't drop since loot matches character level

Conquered Exarch's Armored Bracers

Conquered Exarch's Powered Bracers

Conquered Exarch's Meditation Bracers

Conquered Exarch's Subterfuge Bracers

 

Bug:

These items are supposed to be random drops in the heroic mode of Star Fortress flashpoint (level 65 mission).

These items are legacy bound and have item level 10.

 

Since loot items have been made to match the player character level (around patch 4.1), these don't drop anymore for level 65 characters running Star Fortress heroic mode.
